I'll be posting these weekly on Sundays. Ah, Sunday, that day before the new week officially begins. Usually we spend it lazing around the house, or cleaning. I'll be using every Sunday to reflect upon what I accomplished the week before, and what I need to do the week ahead.
My Goals for this week.
Get to 25,000 words in "Oblivious" (Currently at 14,039.)
Turn in at least 6 job applications.
Have a Lucid Dream. (In dreams, we have a limitless source of inspiration, and information about ourselves that we can't consciously think of. That's why I love Inception!)
Meet someone new.
Woodshed my Jazz guitar sheet music.

Working Title...
Oblivious. Think of what that word puts into your mind? I'm not revealing anything at this point, but I'm curious. Feel free to comment about what you think it's going to be about. I won't reply to any posts on whether it's right or not.

That moment when...
...you get that little tiny idea that grows and grows in your head. It's that one little idea that just keeps bugging you to write it down. Do you know what I'm talking about? That sudden inspiration? Sometimes it happens to us in the most random places. About ten minutes ago, eating a late breakfast, an idea for my novel hit me. It started out as a tiny spark and grew into a scene that sends my characters downhill. Talk about some of the places where you've had sudden inspiration.

A Beautiful Mind
This is a poem I wrote sometime last year, I thought I'd share it with the world.
One dream, one thought, can change our plans
That's how powerful our minds are
From sexual fantasies to burning realities
The mind is always free, it seems
Even if locked in a box, your body still
the mind can breathe, and grow at will
freedom isn't physical, just a state of mind
even if others, aren't too kind
because the one thing I, and everyone has
is a beautiful mind.

Welcome to My Creative Zone
Here's a little info about what I'll be blogging about. Currently, I'm working on a novel (untitled at the moment). I'll explain more about that as time passes. I'm also recording an album which should be done before the year is out. One thing about my music; I stay true to myself and my own sound. I hope I have many followers in the near future and hope to learn from them.
I'll be posting my latest updates from my novel starting tonight.
